Zara example...BUT Usually British Brands...For both whole outfits M&S for example Cardigans...These have big Impacts... Everything sell's out...in hours and she can really push Brand... Yes there are special dresses which are needed to wow and send a message... Their Royal Highness's Presence at events... Is Highly desirable...So, to be High Profile You need to be seen... Dressing the part...It's important ! Just Don't take a swipe... and pull it all out of context!!!

My First thought is...Why does this Bother you? They have the money It's not like "Your being asked to Pay? Their income is from the Duchy of Cornwall. HRH Then...Prince Charles elected to pay Taxes on his Income Just like you do!! They like you are entitled to spend their own income on whatever they Like... Many of Catherine's Outfits are Loaned or Gifted too !!

@@hotoneinspai There are very strict rules regarding GIFTS to the Royal family and that would cover loans. That is why Meghan fell out with Victoria Beckham, IT IS NOT ALLOWED. As for cost, Megs can spend whatever she likes, but when she was pregnant with Archie one dress for a royal tour \ DIOR cost $100k one hundred thousand dollars. Her clothing expenditure became a contentious issue with the royal family. There is a lot that we will never know.... unless Meghan writes he tell all book. But on the back of £35million, wedding, what really was it that pushed Meghan over the edge?
