@@herobrine2511 3 years late, hope ya figured it out already but it's just an overdriven 909, you can find 909 kick samples specific for hardstyle easily especially nowadays, and it was panning the kick left and right each time, each one going down what sounds like a half step, and then finally an overdriven 909 snare to finish out the fill before the melody comes in
