My best friend attempted suicide last night. This song feels like a message straight to her. “I’m sorry what they put you through.” She hung on by a thread for so long and last night she just snapped. I heard this song just before I got the news. It felt like a message straight to God. She’s in the hospital right now, and I sent her this song. She loves it. You’re a blessing on so many people. Zauntee thanks for speaking to peoples’ hearts. I have been a Christian since a little kid and raised up in the church. I never fitted in with the world. I have been bullied, abused, and misused by others. I gave into depression June 21, 2023 and attempted. I was in ICU for a few days. I went to a chaplain service while hospitalized and was able to let my anger go. I was surprised that a lot of that anger was towards God. Often we blame God (even unconsciously and unintentionally) for our suffering. Anyway, I have been spiritually, mentally , emotionally, and physically resurrected and have become more joyful. I found a new church after being in that state of depression and the place they send people who would harm their own being (psych ward). It is now November 2023. I am a leader in church. I decided to actively turn my mourning into praise and worship by singing in my church’s choir. I started with choir and now am in the church’s handbell choir and do liturgical readings for church service. Today while praying to God, I felt in the mood to listen to Christian music. For some reason I thought “let me listen to my boy Zauntee (I have listened to him a lot this summer). “ I have multiple songs by Zauntee on my Sunday Sunshine playlist. However, today I went to his music profile and randomly chose the 3:34 album. As you fans know, it is the first song in the 3:34 album. God moves through our lives indeed because I have never heard this song by Zauntee before today. I think this is a response to one of my prayers. God hurts with us. God is with us during abuse, misuse, and suffering. I feel better because I know God hears our cries. Indeed, the Holy Spirit is The Comforter and this song is from The Comforter. God bless you Zauntee! Remember your purpose and worth. Anyone feeling depressed, please get psychological help and do not attempt! I did and all I have found out is that I am not alone and that healing is available. In the hospital, they put you in group therapy. Depression tells you that you are the only one going through and it can even get so bad that you don’t feel God’s love for you. It is all a lie. You are worthy! Yeshua (Jesus) loves you! God cares and suffers with us. We are valuable to God! We are God’s children and loved by God! Just remember to ask for help! It is okay to not feel okay. We all have dark times. You are not alone. I hope my vulnerable testimony helps someone.

This song hit me in a way nothing has before. I can completely relate to this song. I’ve been dealing with depression and I have just felt like nobody understands or even wants to. Being 13 and going through so many deaths in my family, I have pulled more and more away from God. This song has really had a huge impact on my life and most importantly my relationship with Jesus. My parents got a divorce 4 months ago and I feel like my dad hung me out to dry. Our relationship isn't the same anymore. We fight a lot. I love this song. I have been abused, bullied, and taken advantaged of by people. I always found peace in Yeshua and finally found a church where I can draw close to God without judgment. I have felt worthless, unseen, and unheard so much in life. I am growing out of depression. I am becoming more joyful. I wish I heard this song earlier but this is still divine timing. I have been growing in Christ but I still struggle with the hurt. This reminds me to let go. It also answered a prayer 🙏🏾 God always listens. God knows our worth even when we don’t. This was from pure love, you can hear how he means it when he says hes sorry, going through things or not, when our brothers and sisters of Christ in this world hurt, we sometimes feel that hurt too. I felt exactly like this 🥺 I’m so thankful for this song Zauntee. Staying home just has me feeling down. It’s my senior year and it honestly felt like I was alone. New level of respect for you, brother. You got it exactly right. This is a song that NEEDED to be written a LONG time ago, but you are the one who finally wrote it. As someone who was suicidal at age 8 (and only God stopped me), you even said it right. "I'm sorry." It's what we always needed to hear from those who hurt us, but we never will. (I'm crying now) Thank you for your heart, the sincerity, your passion for people and for God. It's never really gone away, blaming myself, hating myself-- the responses I learned as a child. But, God is retraining me. Thank you for this song. You are our brother now. We (my family and I) are for you and not against you, always.

Wow, the meaning and lyrics behind this song hit hard. I have know people that have struggle with depression and self harm. Some times all you can say is I’m sorry for what they are going through and to tell them that God is the only one who can help. What an amazing song!

I heard this song 3 days ago on NGEN while I was alone at work, and sitting at my desk, I started weeping. it hit such a sore spot in my heart, thank you. "There've been so many nights you've laid in bed and cried and tried to find a reason why you are still alive"...that right there...that hits so close to home. We lost my grandmother in June and I miss her so much sometimes, that is exactly what I do, and I question God and ask him why do I have to be alive. Thankfully He wraps me in His arms of peace, just in those low moments, you feel alone, so the reminder that I am not alone is needed. Thank you.

I heard this today. My daughter who is in an extremely abusive relationship is going through so much with it coming to an end. Although I'm happy because I was in her shoes not long ago, it's hard to explain to her that I know EXACTLY what she's dealing with, even though I've told her thousands of times I WENT THROUGH THE EXACT SAME THING & she'll be ok. There's LIGHT at the end of what seems like a never ending dark tunnel! I pulled through, got over the PTSD & anxiety & I know she will too.

My relatives have disputed with my father for our land, and I can't summarise enough to explain what we have been through and the pain each and every one of us is in. We are fighting together against the world with GOD but also among ourselves. For people, we are just a spectacle and gossip. They talk about how we should have been studying and earning by now. My younger sisters feel smothered in the pressure, and I try to juggle as best as possible. But ultimately, it all rests in GOD's Hands. our borders are set and only HE will deliver us from our Egypt. When I listened to the words, It was hard to keep the tears in. Just met Zauntee tonight at a show, what a great kid! He stayed long after his set to make sure he got to greet and take pictures with everyone. Me and my daughter have been big fans of his for a long time now, she was not available to go with me, but I know she would have loved it. I've been a single Dad for the past 2 years and this song really helped me make it through the end of 2020, some days I didn't think I would. Tonight I got to tell Zauntee that in person and thank him, I also got to encourage him to keep doing what GOD has called him to do. If you ever get the opportunity to meet him and be a blessing to him, jump at the chance, you'll be glad you did.

This helps me with my depression it cheers me up me up my dad passed away and I’m 12 but 2 years ago I was 10 and he passed away when I was 10 😢 ever since he passed away I’ve been very anti social. My dads death changed my life, I cried when I heard this btw I’ve been here since go tought me thanks Zauntee. 😔
