I3oucher it's all about the keyboard that is what separates the good from the great example when Scott storch had his run his keyboard skill was what made him
@desertdetroiter Pretty much all of the producers you mentioned are sample based producers. I don't think any of them are as proficient as Zay on the keys. You have to be brainless to think that this is all he's capable of making. Those are the type of beats he gets paid for and is known for. If it's not broke don't fix it. He's made beats for RnB artist as well. It's obvious that he's a great keyboardist and has perfected what he's good at, and he monetized his skills. I dislike when people like you are so jealous and envious of people that do what you could almost never do, and make it look easy. No one cares about your self-centered biased opinion really. Make a point next time.
Yea but if the beats are so generic then why do they cut those 200k check? Labels arent cutting checks like that if it's a beat that any fuck could make. Producers names matter in music, especially hip hop, but not that much.
Zay is very blessed and so talented!!! you can feel the Gospel!!! gives me Chill's!!! God makes no mistakes he put him in this position for a reason!!!
+Jasper Henderson if niggaz was talkin bout bricks in your beatz and you makin good money off those beatz would you say the same stuff u just commented? ill wait
4:25 this is what I came to see. Mans absolutely shreds on every track. Most talented producer out, nobody can deny that his classical training puts him above the rest
@@kxshav nah mane the way zaytoven uses organs and pianos just touches your soul like you getting taken to church or something. God gave this dude talent fr
i always thought his beats kinda had like a "gospel vibe" to em but with a mix of southern trap music...turns out hes actually the organist at his church...that explains alot.
Skull Heads oh yea that man play faithfully in ATL at his church that’s how him an Gucci met Gucci went to his church one morning heard him an the rest is history
Wow.. Zaytoven just became my favorite mainstream producer, almsot shed a tear just out of sheer appreciation for this guy being real and telling everybody Who made him so succesful. Jesus Christ, Praise God for this guy man, mad respect!
I know what your saying the most high has blessed a lot of us. But I think we need to give praise to the older gods. Jesus Christ is a new god and not a god for the black african americans. After slavery this god was pushed on you. Remember your roots.
@@TheRealDirtySkillz bruh I'm a white German from Egypt. Why u black Americans are so extremely in race and colors of skin ? Also Jesus is no new God he sad bevor Abraham I was. He has no time limit he was always present. Last but not least witches done rituals way bevor Jesus reincarnated dose that mean we should be again witches and voodoo priest ? I'm no fronting but I see a lot of black brother and sister are trapped in hate of race instead of be loving to each and every one . I understand ur culture but I mean look at the Jews they had it the baddest and still have love for everyone ( not talking about Zionist)
@@millennialpodcast1438 What does all of this have to do with Zaytoven or beatmaking or PRODUCING in GENERAL? Ok, we get it. We all need to read the Bible more often. We're supposed to be enjoying Zaytoven making music, not Zaytoven talking about the Bible.
It’s always good to see real producers going out there putting it on the line and capturing the essence of what music really is because it is mostly a lost art with people leading with Hollow hearts
This is my absolute favorite moment by him. The way he did that piano. Then right when he did the snare it instantly just all connects and you realize how when your in the zone it flows
As a beginner i can instantly spot talent, this guy is making it look super easy while in real life its hard asf to create something like this off the top of your head.
zaytoven different.. you have to respect this guy because he knows how to play the actual instrument he can make samples most people have to use samples
Exactly dude... I'm a old head that has alway done it as a hobby and then stopped for years. This dude is hella inspirational for when you get a writers block.
This is such a dope ass profession! Because you don't ever have to worry about getting shot or any type of goofy shit like that! I am a small-time producer in Brooklyn and I never have to worry about the shit that some of my artists get into. Be on the lookout for boo shotti!
I'm an old head but I love the way you're elevating this craft of beat making and creating that vibe. I felt the positivity in that room through this video. Go head, youngblood. I salute you!
This is the first of what I hope to be many more encounters with Zay. Such a positive and influential person. I can't leave out humble also. Thanks, bruh!
