Suzuki were not keen at all to take on the job of diagnosing the ticking, not only were they a bit stumped on the job but they wanted to charge me through the nose just until they found it, not including the repair. SAVE YOUR MONEY and be brave and have a look yourself, it's really not bad at all :)
