For me adjusting the max label length was the factor for it to recognize media was inserting after doing a manual calibration was set to max 1 inch on a 8 in label.
Hi, i have installed a 300dpi head on ZT420, but the label calibration is never right on the gap, this because the gear and belt set are actually meant for 203dpi?
