Uhhh zed definitely needs a nerf. He is omega-op this season because of ability haste and his w and r teleport. You can't make the argument that there are champs that can beat him, such as vex, malzahar, or tanks because any assassin is countered by them. The fact that Zed can win so many matchups simply because he has no fear of dying through his w is not ok. Even katarina who has a similar teleport ability is not as powerful because she cant tp over walls without something to e to. Same with leblanc, she has long cooldowns with an animation on her w's first cast. Zed early damage needs to be scaled back, and ability haste in general should be less prominent on items. Ravenous hydra has so much ability haste for giving lifesteal, cleave, and the most attack damage from one item(excluding late game tanks with demonic/titanic or pyke passive). But again compared to a champ like Qiyana, Zed has an insane win rate. They both have Q skillshots, a dash, and good damage, but Zed's ability to not die whilst guaranteeing to do half your hp is insane, even someone like akali has to take some risks to kill someone. Zed simply doesnt have that unless the play is just bad. Also can't make the argument that you can shut him down early so that he can't get fed, but that goes for 90% of champs and 100% of assassins, so it just doesnt work as an argument. Im a fellow assassin main myself, so I understand not wanting your champ nerf, but if a champ has one of the highest ban rate, I think they need to be nerfed.

Ah yes why not nerf a 48% champ who dropped in pick rate rapidly after constant nerfs not to mention first strike nerf for patch 13.21 an Doran items buff but zed as a whole right now is constant dog shit. Players do need to get better, and it makes sense as the higher Elo zed otps have many years of experience and adaptability. If silver and bronze players can't deal with him they ban him Instead of learning how to play against him that's why they never climb now... I'm not claiming I'm high Elo I'm hard stuck diamond but playing zed in the higher elos is much more challenging. Only real way to make zed balanced is to remove all mythical and revert some of his nerfs. Only then would zed be what you call balanced.

@@l1ght190 zed has no damage early game, unless you eat every skill thrown at you.
