Real question is : why didn't shriram give up the throne to be with Sita Mata ? Why was the kingdom so important to him ? He could had passed on the responsibility of becoming a king to Any of his three glorious brothers . Can anyone answer ?

This problem is called Dharmasankat. Thus he has to sacrifice one entity. He is forced to choose a side. Sita knew this dharmasankat of Ram, that's why Sita chose to leave Ayodhya.
