Zeene Eatz & Rates Cardamom Buns @ Jane The Bakery 

In this episode of Zeene's Epic Eatz I grab a hot half dozen of Jane's yummy Cardamom Lattice Buns for Christmas morning munchies. The soft, flaky brioche balls have a decadent cardamom infused pastry cream injected inside -- just like a cream puff...but better.
I also introduce the other bakery favorite; walnut fig bread (both the loaf and as toast loaded with ricotta cheese, honey, and a hazelnut gremolata).
