Thank you for all the videos you made, they really helped me. when I go run the program after executing the manual alignment for the part I'm checking, the probe goes into space (not sure if it's the program or the points I picked are off), wanted to get your opinion on this issue.
A have a question mr. dean , basic radius has a tolerance if is not connected to any feature and how did you inspected please help me on this. The Stylus Systems on the offline seat should have the same name and the same Stylus Numbers that way it is a seamless transition (very important for the rotating head). Be careful using planner on the CMM that is a huge crash waiting to happen. Most CMM's with Calypso will not have access to the Planner Seat, again which is a very good thing. The bad Cylinder is trying to make the axis line from the single scan which is randomly vectoring which is causing the problem, I see this a lot when someone extracts the Cylinder and because of the depth to diameter ratio per the cookbook they change it to a circle and use one scan, and they get bad size and location data because it is trying to use the depth value to create the axis line On the plane you could have opened the Polyline and added points to the end and make it a U shaped scan
Hole; Dia 10mm+0.016.convert 10.016 -0.005.convert 9.095 How to apply in drawing Which is upper limit? Which is lower limit? 10.016. Or 10.095 10.095. Or 10.016 Which one correct?also include shaft. Please clarify about this one.
