@@zurashubitidze4765 every time people tell me clid was the best jungler 2019, or second best 2019 i can't help but feel people just refuse to even think of western junglers as even remotely good. Like don't get me wrong, last three years were absolutely dogshit for european jungle, but 2019 Jankos was an absolute beast, but I saw no one talking about him, it was all (as always is) about Perkz and Caps.
HLE honestly could have rivaled T1 and DK if they literally got anyone else besides Clid for jungle. He is still running it down after all these years and I have zero faith he will ever reform. I am happy that Zeka is proving to not just be a one-time wonder. I hope continues to carry hard. Kingen is hard to read on. He played terribly in game 1 but found good footing in game 2. Need to see more games from him but he seems coinflippy so far. Very disappointed with Viper so far. Every time he plays Kalista or Varus he's either irrelevant or feeding. Put this man on more carries. I think Life is solid. Seems flexible and can play whatever the team needs like Jhin support even though it didn't really work out
Life is fucking trolling in lane. He never walks up and uses his health bar. Every time the camera panned bot viper is half Hp and life is full up and mana. Zeka needs to play more champs. It’s a mage meta rn and against better teams I think he’s gonna struggle with his pool
I havent understood the super team narrative from the beginning. How could a team with Clid in 2023 be called a super team? When was his last impressive year? 2019? The dude screams mediocre Life is also anything but impressive name wise. They are both mid. Lets see how the solo laners will do.
@Im Legend superteam narrative is fair IMO cause of the other players. You have the players that, as of world finals, should be considered the best in their roles in the world. The only one that's debatable is whether or not viper was the best bot player by the end of worlds but, regardless, he was the best player hands down in 2021
For HLE: 1. Kingen looks fine, honestly looks like the middle of the LCK in terms of top laners, no aggression nor outplay potential like he showed at worlds. 2. Viper is positioning well, but not like "perfect player" well, which was what won games in EDG. Don't think that's needed with Zeka on his team, however. Laning phase of bot lane looks pretty bad, too, Meiko probably helped a lot more than most thought, and Life isn't exactly awe-inspiring. 3. One day someone is going to ban Akali / Sylas / Azir and Zeka will be forced to play something else, otherwise he's looking like one of the best mids in the world. Edit: who tf let Clid get a job man, so many others deserved a chance, HLE needs a young jungler who's aggressive and looks for outplays.
I agree it was a sus move picking up clid. I was hoping they would get tarzan or maybe kanavi. Sure hes a veteran player, but hasnt been playing well since leaving T1
they literally have one of the best ADC's in the world and a really good support. only role in the team that's actually weak is jungle and Clid isn't even that bad either

Although Zeka is impressive don't have a lot of faith for this team... saying Clid is shaky would be a huge understatement, and besides Zeka the other lanes don't look exactly stellar...
I mean look who they were playing and look how game 1 went. sure he played out of his mind but they should have stomp that challenger team. I'll like to see how he does vs the top team
HLE needs to scout for a new jungle NOW the more games clid plays the more shit their performance will become and the more reason for zeka to stop trying

I don’t think they will be the worst. They may start bad, but there’s a ton of potential in that group. They could compete for playoffs in summer/end of spring.

I feel like HLE is such a good roster overall if JG is not carry role but Clid being required to carry worries me. Not that he can’t carry, I just find him very inconsistent
Basically Zeka playing free elo champ with free elo item rod of ages; not really top form HLE struggled, they were lucky it was a baby KDF cuz a team with experience would've melt them
A team like T1 would destroy them. Imagine if Zeka played Faker in something like a Worlds finals, he would crumble and eventually lose them the game for sure. I could never see anyone on T1 getting gapped, especially not Top. Kingen would never make any game winning plays. Zeus is so much better lol Ex. Imagine this: T1 attempts a 2 man backdoor in a game 5, but Kingen outplayed them to the point where they are ALL 100% certain he does not have tp, which buys time for someone like Zeka (on Azir maybe, idk he only plays champions with infinite outplay, so he cant be good when he wins) to come in clutch and save his teammate, allowing them to win. COULD NEVER HAPPEN LMAOOOOO 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
@@Lurefanten you forgot tho the main difference that HLE have with DRX is HLE doesn't have beryl which is like the main shot caller of the team and also the main reason they won finals because they sometimes wanted to do baron but beryl would scream for them to just go mid and end and they actually do end the game and win worlds So yeah comparing HLE to DRX like they're the same team because zeka and kingen are there doesn't make sense
