Not too bad. Those dairas are tough and that axe right before the hammer was painful. For the orange ones, run up and do a crouch stab. The red ones you crouch stab, jump over the axe, repeat.
I'm enjoying playing this game vicariously through you, by the time i was allowed to play video games this was already pretty rare so i never got to play it. Metroid 2 and links awakening were my first two games, i saved enough money helping my dad roofing so they couldn't say no.
@@ahabsbane links awakening is one of my favorite zeldas. Also I don't know why but it's weirdly funny to me how this kinda wholesome comment is on the episode called "Sodomy mountain" lmao
@@TheButterlord I get it! I definitely had plenty of games F me right in my A LMAO! I hope your channel grows immensely, here's a sub to help ya along.
There's actually a Valid argument for leaving Death Mountain without the hammer. By going straight to Mido and getting the downstab, you trivialize most of the monsters in Death Mountain, or the Water of Life cave... It's a "Pro gamer move" in the same vein as going from Palace to Palace without killing the bosses. Seemingly dumb moves, but they can pay off.(Not suggesting you play that way. Heterodox approaches have their own drawbacks afterall, so you should play however you've chosen to play.)
tbh this is my second full play-through of the game and the last time was a few years back so i have little idea what im doing. but i think that in a way makes it more fun that its semi-blind though i am open to suggestions. the first vid i did on the game someone mentioned jump stabbing to make the knuckles easier to kill and that has helped a lot
