Deku tree really telling link *Oh yeah you killed ganon like 30 times and you somehow don't look like a dried grape but you're not ready to pull it yet get 13 hearts :D*
Ñorkorbak Agentabezër well it could have been to give the player a sense of accomplishment, instead of letting you get a 30 damage sword that renews itself like every 10 minutes.
Phaugirl, can somebody tell me where she got that power? Like she has the power of sealing him not destroying him also WHY DOES SHE HAVE THE WHOLE TRIFORCE! Look at the ending cutscene where she destroys ganon. The triforce is glowing as a whole not just the wisdom part.
Daniel Collins did you know that in TLOZSS ( The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword) the Goddess Sword BECOMES the Master Sword?(sorry I'm not English, I am Spanish)
Probably cuz she hated him a little. (Ik over the memorys it kinda progressed and went away, but in some damn, she was so fucking rude that I didn't even want to save her)
Umm anyone else get triggered by the fact that they only showed the sword of the goddess for skyward sword and not the actual master sword (that you get from doing the three sacred flames.
In 21:44 I like how what's going on with the Korok over there was a perfect demonstration of what the great Deku tree was talking about; when he was telling you that you can't pull the master sword out if you're not powerful enough to do it while the Korok was trying to pull out the wood stick but failed
My personal top 5 list of best of link pulling out the master sword: 5: Skyward Sword I just like how you need to use the motion controls to get the goddess sword. Its kinda interesting. 4: Wind Waker I really like how the whole entire area becomes engulfed in colors, bringing everything to life including the enemies. 3: Ocarina of Time I like how you get inside the Master Sword's shrine, and how you turn older once you pull it out (#TeamN64FTW) 2: Twilight Princess The way to get to the Master Sword is amazing enough, and when you finally get there, you get a really epic and emotional cutscene that shows link turning back to normal. 1: (Okay, this is a bit cliché) Breath of the Wild The matter of fact how first of all, in order to get there, you need to go on this long journey that can be hard at some points, just to get to the Master Sword, and then, you would need (I believe) at least 13 hearts (correct me if I'm wrong), and if you dont have enough hearts, then you would die if you tried to pull it out, and there are a lot more things I like about it, but im too lazy to say them all lol. P.S., please don't get mad at me this is my *_PERSONAL_* (_*PERSONAL*_) opinion.
Gogeta _Blue well actually you have to go through dungeons in BOTH ww and oot. And in wind waker you have to do a third dungeon to get to the sword so.....
Gogeta _Blue You’ve obviously never played Wind Waker, because it’s more like: Ocarina of Time: You have to solve 3 hard dungeons and then play a song for this sword. Wind Waker: You have to go through a mini-dungeon, then two hard dungeons, then visit a god, then go around the world to find three specific locations that’ll open ANOTHER dungeon, then SOLVE said dungeon, then solve a difficult puzzle. But wait, the sword isn’t at its full power. So NOW you have to go through the first mini-dungeon AGAIN, then go through two more hard dungeons while escorting someone in each dungeon, THEN you finally get the full power of the sword.
@MλresDλniel TV actually not 100 years old, it's like 5 thousands years old, since goddess sword from skyward sword became master sword, and ss was the first game of the timeline. Maybe much more than 5k years.
There's 120 shrines. I think you can handle finding and doing at least 40 of them. Even so, you keep your heart containers. If you die because you don't have 13 hearts of health, but have at least 13 heart containers, one, you're stupid for not healing beforehand, and two, the game reverts your last save with full health.
i mean i think it’s to give the player a sense of accomplishment, but hey what do i know, i used glitches to get it for the second time in a new save smh
There are stronger weapons in Hyrule warriors, like the fierce deity mask for young link, magical sword for Link AND 8-bit wooden sword, also for link.
I remember getting the master sword the first time. I didn't know that it required a certain amount of hearts. It was the most nerve racking thing ever. I was pulling it as I steadily lose health, I'm like "im going to die" I get down to the last quarter when suddenly the sword gets pulled out.
Does anyone else notice that in like every game the master sword is weak, and you have to restore it? [Skyward Sword] (Yes, you're not really restoring it, but ur transforming it into the sword) Find the three flames to restore the goddess sword into the master sword, then have zelda use ur magic or something on it. [Wind Waker] Find makaar and medli so they can perform ancient songs on it while its plunged into the ground to restore it. [BOTW] Complete Trials so the master sword REALLY belongs you, and wield it at its true power. {Edit} [ALBW] Find master ore and give it to some random blacksmith who can for some reason power up a sword even more than the gods that made it. Those are the only four i can think of, but if there's one i'm forgetting, please comment it below. Thanks!
Link to the past you have to find a guy in the dark world and bring him to his brother in the light world... after that you go to a frat fairy pond and blow up the entrance with a giant bomb and throw in the sword for golden sword.
Phillip James I don't think that was to restore the sword. We only needed the Sols because it was like a light in the Twilight Realm. When we exit the Twilight Realm, the power of the Sols don't reside there again... right...?
Every Master sword scene is such a sword in the stone moment I kinda hope in one of future games there is some kind of festival with everyone trying to pull the sword out and link just comes up and pulls it out no problem.
Uhhh do y’all not know that the skeleton thing that teaches Link sword skills is the hero of time, aka Link from Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask, he was insecure that Zelda forgot about him when he was a kid and when he went to a parallel world in majora’s Mask and then he lived in termina and died then became the ancient hero who taught the Link in twilight princess, which the link from tp is the hero of time’s descendant
Link to the Past has the best Master Sword. Link has proved his worth as a hero and now he gets the Master Sword. From there he proceeds to fucking slaughter all of Hyrules corrupt guards and soldiers and face the big cheese himself, who loses! So awesome!
I always felt OOT was ahead of it's time. That the graphics card of the N64 wasn't quite up to making a 3d Zelda game. For Mario with the simplistic designs and bright palette it works fine but it just looks off with the more complex designs and dull palette of Zelda.
On the HD version of Twilight Princess, Midna was sent to fly from Link’s back, she couldn't take the gorgeousness of the Master Sword (Yes, it was funny)
I honestly think Wind Waker's was the best going into the darkened time frozen Hyrule castle then going below a statue of the Hero of Time and finally drawing the sword from a pedestal in a room looked upon by the images of the six sages, it is just amazing!
I liked the master sword from skyward sword the most, you don't just find it, you have to turn the godess-sword into the master sword by mastering trials and strenghtening it with the three holy flames. So much cooler than just finding it
Link to the Past. That was the moment I just stopped playing for a few minutes to process the awe that I felt. And then Twilight Princess recaptured the moment perfectly. Even knowing that it was going to be a critical point in the game, it was still stunning to see.
that wasn't how TP link did it lol. The link you're thinking of is Skyward Sword's Link. The same animation plays in both SS and BOTW. It's way cooler though, in TP
Everyone who's saying to use the HD Versions of WW and TP is dumb. The reason Gamechap dint use them is obvious. There's not that big of a difference between those games.Whereas original Oot and 3d Oot is hugely different in visuals.
Spirit Tracks had it's own version of the Master Sword and it's the Lokomo Sword. I'm not sure if other Zelda Games had something like this but i do know Spirit Tracks has.
I just realized that Zelda was the one who pushed the sword down in a single push. and Link tried to pull the sword out, does it mean that Zelda is stronger than link?
Um, no? The sword possibly is demanding more of link after his fall to ensure that it doesn't happen again (even though it kills him if he ain't strong enough) He needs to be strong enough to be worthy to wield it again, you don't have to be strong to shove it in a pedestal
Imagine playing ss and then play every other Zelda game and you start thinking that all the master swords in other ZElda games are fake cuz they look different
Absolutely love BOTW master sword pulling, unlike previous games, it shows here that if you want the sword, you have to work hard to get it, i really feel satisfied pulling the sword after days of spirit orbs farming through the shrines and finally getting the 13th hearts to pull it
I'm bored so I'm just gonna named the game the scenes a from and consoles A Link to the past: Snes, Gameboy Advance (tencicly 3DS, it on the E-Shop) Ocarina Of Time: N64, 3DS Wind Waker: GameCube, Wii U Twlight Princess: GameCube, Wii, Wii U Skyward Sword: Wii, Wii U A Link Between Worlds: 3DS Breath of the Wild: Wii U, Nintendo Switch
I just remember watching my brother solve these puzzles throughout and seeing these outcomes made me appreciate Zelda more than any other game compared to your Mario's and stuff of the 90s possible seeing the ultimate power and path you had to achieve them seemed impossible and impressive to me at such a young age and I'll always love Zelda because of it...!
