I always liked the lokomo songs, this was really good and that sacred duet at the end is one good definition the word "ultimate," epic finale of a song.
The fact that it's based on the title screen is really amazing, like we went full circle (because it's the first and one of the last themes you hear playing the game). I remember crying finishing this game because of how much I loved it
I really loved these and, I really appreciate your attention to detail and how you really captivated these. My mother showed me how to play this game around 10 years and I’ve been addicted to the legend of Zelda but this one in particular because of the outstanding music to game ratio. My mother just recently had a brain tumer removed and is probably going to pass away in the next few months and, I just wanted to thank you for making this because my weeks been pretty rough and this really cheered me up and made my day. Update: thank you all so much for the prayers helped her health but our relationship could not be. I saw her once and left it at that and the family has ghosted me on her health and it’s been a solid year since any updates. Truly a gift from God that she got better it was not looking good. I recently got out of sleeping in my car right before it got down to 18 degrees. I sincerely thank you for all the support.
@@Wolfslayer-hx7kg Stay positive bro I know people who've had brain tumors removed and are still alive today after 20 years. Not saying that's 100% the case here but don't just give up all hope.
You could make a whole collection of animation of temples opening because of these melodies! And your Sacred Duet was a whole number that really made the sequence feel... *ultimate.*
Listening to this for the first time in years... Genuinely got tears in my eyes. This was the first video game I owned in my life. My father was against video games and my mum bought it for me in secret so I could play the game after school before he got home. I still remember looking at the guide book to complete puzzles because I was not smart enough to do them on my own. The next year my father lifted the video game ban and I got Skyward sword, then Twilight princess... Got the older games also. Now I'm 20, starting Uni soon, but I still love Zelda games. I loved BOTW and it genuinely changed my life. TOTK is coming out next month and I'm super excited. I hope everyone haves fun when the game comes out. I know I will.
I’m so lucky to have found this, this is so creative and one of the only attempts to expand and flesh out the songs. I also love the way the melodies swap between the Pan Flute and other instruments in the second part.
I love how you took these short little duets and gave them extensions, and ESPECIALLY how you made Link and the Lokomo switch off with the lead and follow parts!
0:00 - Duet with Forest Lokomo, Gage 1:23 - Duet with Snow Lokomo, Steem 2:42 - Duet with Ocean Lokomo, Carben 3:48 - Duet with Fire Lokomo, Embrose 5:18 - Duet with Sand Lokomo, Rael 7:22 - Final Duet with Zelda and All Lokomo/Guardians of the Realms Please like to use these timestamps. 😊
The Lokomo were one of my favorite parts of Spirit Tracks. It's nice to finally see them and their songs getting some justice. These are wonderful! I also love how Zelda is included in the song, with the soft, clear instrument representing her "ghostly" singing!!
Ahhh thanks a lot for this! Spirit tracks was my first Zelda and these songs have stuck with me since them... thankyouthankyou for bringing them to live like this!!
Hylia bless You I've loved all these songs since u was a child i love that you wonderfuly turn them from a nostalgic videogame songs into a beautiful melledy Thank You so much You can imagine how happy i was hearing these Thank you
Dude I love the switch port it takes what the original game messed up in (cough cough heavy use of microphone that breaks easily) and fixes it and somehow just feels better to play
As someone who has loved the DS Zelda titles since they released, I have been DYING to hear someone mix the Lokomo songs!!! Thank you so much for making this and sharing it! The additional amazing artwork really tied the whole video together. Keep up the good work!
Astounding work!!! They flow together so well, and you even made them longer while keeping the original essence! Your sister is sick too for making the artwork of each of them too. 10/10
This was so pleasant. The new bits added in after each song were so well made and kept the vibe of their respective song. I also liked how those parts swapped the pan flute and the other instrument in their call-and-response order. Excellent work!!! (also I caught the Tower of Spirits Lobby theme reference in Rael's theme. I believe it plays in each of the Lokomo rooms as well)
disculpa por no escribirte en ingles pero te queria decir que tan hermosas composiciones musicales hiciste con un juego muy bonito y que jugue de niño, muchas gracias por tu trabajo.
The only thing I hated about the game was playing the songs because the controls were very unresponsive on my handheld. Thankfully, getting to hear those songs is always worth the trouble!
I wish that in the game was implemented that you could go back and play this songs again for fun. Something I didn't mention before, how well you put in an ocarina in the songs, which was the first instrument that allowed the players to play music freely in the games.
This is incredible!! Such a good job making the medley and capturing each distinct sound the songs had. This game has always been close to my heart and to hear this is amazing. Awesome work! And props to your sister for all the amazing art!
i am filled with joy. this was a wonderful rendition of each of these songs. and gods the key change in the final duet?! plus the leimotifs of the overworld theme in the forest realm?! ugh! brought me to tears.
The way you added the sanctuary's theme in the sand lokomo theme was sooo good (I don't know how they're called in the english version but the "sanctuaries" I'm talking about are the place where the LoKomo are).
Just perfect! I often found these songs were too shorts, and you made them longer with good work! Masterclass! Do you think you could make the same medley with created parts for Skyward Sword's songs?
I finished this game a few months ago, it's my first zelda ever and my introduction to the series in general, back then i didnt think much about it after finishing, i just felt happy, but now for some reason i feel emotional and sort of "at home"(? When i listen to the soundtrack, even though i never played this game before, i cant imagine what it would be like for someone who grew up with zelda. Great video btw
This is probably two things I missed the most in BotW: Musical instruments and fishing spots. Spirit Tracks might not be the most loved in the Zelda line, but it's one of the most iconic in the series for several reasons and these beautiful tracks are one of them. Also, trains. Who never wanted to be in charge of a train?
@@thevioletbee5879 No fishing rods, no fishing spots. Bombing them was fun, but I like the thrill of the push and pull of a fishing line. Wasted hours exploring every fishing hole in FF15 and getting every fish on the list.
It's been years since I played this game and I remembered mainly suffering at the hands of being horrible at doing these segments. I had a lot of fun playing the game regardless. This game, alongside Twilight Princess, was probably what made me begin enjoying Legend of Zelda games. Thank you for this amazing piece!
