Yes, they intentionally made a lot of the advanced and glitch based tricks more accessible.

It’s a factory Garry’s mod from the greatest developer of all time.

That's fair, this was early stage combat for totk. Also my first step into botw/totk combat. I hadnt done any advanced combat until i decided to make this video. So i still see it as a win

I was heavily inspire by her videos. And i have another video planned just practicing a few things before i upload. (okay to make things easier im gonna call bomb shield bounce BSB) in this application its for style points, so you look cool when you enter the dive animation. But in korokiis latest video "Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - 20+ Combat Tips and Tricks" at about 22 seconds in he discusses a bomb shield bounce redirect (ill call it BSBR for short.) Where you can press the R button after initiating a BSB and redirect your momentum (works best with a glide suit) so for me im just shield spinning after the BSB but for korokii in some of his videos you can see him do a BSBR. A good example of this is in his video titled "Tears of the Kingdom: Combat Montage" at about 1:42 he uses a BSBR against a construct. So yes it has its uses but no its not always done for a tactical reason, sometimes its just style :) hope this answered your question and gave you some knowledge

Ah I was wondering if I was missing something Clearly there must have been a way to attach something to an arrow without the clunky menus

I was actually wondering about that, wasn't sure if there was a faster way to fuse stuff to arrows or it was edited out, haha.

The moves are more advanced. Thus advanced combat. You are doing combat in an advanced way. Literal defining actions lol

@@Quincyvhs I mean, it three shot me so I couldn't afford to screw up much. Healing also wasn't an option. Also, when it just burns everything with the explosion, run the wrong direction and you take massive damage. All of which becomes gloom hearts.

I guess you can get your shot off more accurately in bullet time too. Mostly style

We edit out the menu switching because it falls on the very same frame that you pause the game on. so it dosen't get choppy

@Quincyvhs Yes indeed. I really enjoyed that one. There are really some epic moves in this video. Like I said, as soon as Geoff made that banger track, I knew that it wouldn't take long, until someone makes a great montage with it.

@Quincyvhs Maybe the one of the wind temple boss. Or any boss theme from totk. They're all amazing. Edit: and for really intense scenes maybe even real Doom tracks like the only one they fear is you or the super blood nest

@@Quincyvhs I just skimmed through part of a vod and saw you reloading a save over and over for about 30 while you tried to do some tech, and then went to another area and tried the same thing for another 30 minutes. Grand performance indeed... Nice job on your mega choreographed and most likely staged highlight vid though
