I think an amazing Idea for DLC is to have a sandbox like space with unlimited resources and energy so the player can experiment with many creations like massive airships, complex machines, and many crazy vehicles

I'm pretty sure that is the purpose of the Depths: It's vast, has a lot of gloom to encourage traversal on vehicles, and there are 'garages' with zonai devices spread everywhere

For that shrine at 5:30, I put wheels sideways on the board so they would run along the walls on the narrow water track. Pretty good speed to the other side too.

I used the walls too... but I literally just plopped the raft and the two wheels down on top of the parallel fences and it quickly zoomed across.

The spear throw lets' you skydive _backwards._ It also shows that the animation Link uses when being shot out of a skyview tower is bespoke and the game never expects Link to reach such velocities when traveling upward in normal gameplay. This glitch is well and truly something the developers didn't anticipate.

About the shrine mentioned at 05:30, attach four big tires to the sides of the boat horizontally. Choose the narrow route the boat can fit perfectly. The tires can run by the walls of each sides.

My solution to that shrine was to lift the ball into the air near the ladder, go up the ladder, use the time reversal on it and grab it at the top. Then i just carried it across and dropped it on the other side. Cheese accomplished.

This is what I did too, after about 15 minutes of trying and failing all kinds of things (e.g. laying the plank on the incline and trying to get the wheels to drive up it). Then, as soon as I did the paddle-boat solution in the next room, a light-bulb went off in my head and I ran around to go solve the incline puzzle properly. I've actually had that happen a few times with this game now, where a later puzzle makes me realize what I was doing wrong earlier. Starting to wonder if maybe some of them are a deliberate design decision.

Man, I remember that Shrine, the water made me actually think, then I thought, “Wait, I can try this” and stacked two wood boards and the sphere on each other, made it sit up and climbed the ladder, got the sphere and carried it to the other side…Didn’t think that would work

Yes, but the dungeons are pathetic. The nonlinear focus of puzzle solving keeps dungeons and puzzlesolving from being any more complex or macro than using the 4 main abilities of fuse, ultrahand, ascend, and recall.

@@leargamma4912 Eh, I wouldn't go _that_ hard in but sure they lack the outright layering and intricate Complexity of the older Zelda games. But it's still _miles_ better than Breath. And having to accomodate for such OP Abilities as Ascend on top of Links default climbing/gliding isn't straightforwards. Honestly, playing through them and taking it all in I think the Dungeons were grandiose enough to reach a happy medium.

That spider car for the depths is actually a really good design. Especially if you don't want to build or use the air bike. A more basic car will have trouble with elevation changes.

For Tukarok, there are two fences that go across the water that are about the right width to attach 4 wheels on a wood board. I had to angle it correctly a few times, but I made the cart go forward on top of the fences to the other side with the ball stuck to the top of the cart.

For the boat, attach the paddles to the side of the wheel so that the middle of the plank is over the axle. That keeps it balanced

The shrine is so incredibly easy because they provide you with enough wood to cross without needing to use the boat method at all. You just need to attach everything from the previous room (wood, extra wheel, and ball). Attach the ball directly to the top of the wheel so it stays flat and attach that to your mess of wood. Them take it with you and build a giant bridge. After that walk across with the ball and you're done, easy peasy. Now if you do want to use the boat method you can secure the round ball to a wheel then attach it to the boat. Make sure the wheel part is laying flat against the wood with the ball on top before crossing the water.

5:16 I used the section with walls a bit closer, and put two wheels on a plank so they contact with both sides of the wall, with the raft on the water. Then they just drove on the two sides and moved the raft forward.

5:22 in this shrine I actually made a car with 4 wheels and made it drive with the wheels over the fences all the way to the other side. Took me like 20 tries to get the right angle without it derailing. . Now that I saw the Tarrey town's roller coaster, I could've tried something like that over the fence with one wheel only

I see, so ppl were also struggling with that shrine at 5:28. While I in my sixth attempt, I was liike "all of the raft and wooden planks, can float and I can walk over them. I wonder if it's long enough to build a bridge." And was long enough to be able to just build a bridge. No fancy zonai devices needed.

5:14. The narrow middle lane is thin enough to fit a raft. Put the wheels on top with the axles attached downward and pressed against the wall and it will reel you to the other side, but you can literally skip the shrine all together with ultrahand on the ball, climbing to the top of the latter, recalling the ball, then ultrahanding it out of recall.

My solution at 5:19 was to use the two long skinny planks this person attached to the wheels in the video to build a ramp, angle it against the wall with the orb attached on the top end, climb the ladder, grab the ball off the ramp and use the ledge provided to walk across, skipping the water part entirely. I was newish and couldn’t be bothered solving the puzzle

The way I personally beat the Tukarok shrine was by building a transport for the ball that rode on top of the railings. I used recall then ascend to board it myself, then rode across. It was actually pretty easy, tbh

For the shrine, what I did was get a plank on the other side, let it drift back, use recall to get in it, then when recall ran out, go to the other side and ultra hand the ball. Very simple

With the TUKAROK SHRINE Solution I made wasn't great, it did work. I just used the wheels to ride on the walls of the smaller section. Had a wooden base, ball in the center, and a wheel in each corner. I had to get it "just right" but the wheels crawled on the walls; dragging the ball to the other side! It worked :)

5:16 I literally do not understand how people are having so much difficulties with that shrine. Basically you just have to stick the long planks to the sides of the wheels (centered so it doesn't turn upside down) from there it will just roar by itself forward. Quite logical I think. I will record now and publish it to my channel XD. I'll leave a link bellow if that's alright.

I stuck the ball to a square platform, 4 wheels, put it straight on the 2 walls, and it drove to the other side. Went to the big catwalk, walked across, removed Ball from device. 🤣

i just put the ball on a table and elevate right next to the ladder then drop down and use the reverse time to put it up again while you up the ladder and grab it with ultrahand.

My solution for that one shrine: Step 1: Build long pole. Step 2: Attach ball to pole. step 3: Lean pole against top platform beside ladder with ball near top. Step 4: Carry ball over to door since the platform goes all the way over. That was the super obvious solution to me at least...

9:40 if you kill those hands when they appear anywhere you can fight a Phantom Ganon for a Nice Weapon, though the Gloom effect can be troublesome if you dont have hearts to burn temporarily!

5:39 I made a tower out of wood with the ball glued to the top. Then I took the ladder off to the side, grabbed the ball from the tower, and walked around the water.

5:15 this shrine was unremarkable for me. I just connected two platforms to make a wider platform and had the (sideways) large wheels drive the platform along the walls on either side of the water channel. I'm pretty sure it's the intended solution.

Guys there's an easy solution to that shrine. You don't even need a boat. The railings on the left are close together enough that you can just put a car on top, move it as far forward as you can, go to the other side and then ultrahand it to the end

My solution to the boat shrine was to take the 2 other rafts & connect them length wise (make the raft bigger), the extra weight made it far more stable.

for paddle boat section of the shrine I basically put the wooden panels level with the hub cap of the wheel and because it is then equal on both sides theres no flipping lol

I solved the paddle boat shrine by disassembling the initial vehicle in the first room reforming it into a straight piece with the ball on top and one wheel on the bottom for stability climbed back up the ladder and ultra-handed the ball into place. I then ran back through the rest of the shrine to get the chest in the water. honestly one of the easiest shrines.

For that shrine my solution was literally stick the boards together, stick the ball on one end. Then prop that on the ledge above making sure the ball was on the ledge, climb up, detach the ball and carry it 😊

5:36 I gave up building something so I attached the sphere to a board shoved it as far as I could down the guardrails making sure it didn't get into the water then went up and over and dragged it the rest of the way across. Wasn't pretty but it worked

5:15 carry the ball via fuse and recall up the ledge you drop down from to get to the ball to solve the shrine in a minute. You move the ball in a way where you can catch it from mid air when it recalls back to its previous location in the air.

I used the fences as a rail and build a kind of suspension railway to solve that shrine. Currently a clip of that shrine is my newest video. If you see this at a later date the title is "Solving a Shrine by Building a Suspension Railway #totk clip". I also submitted that clip to @TopGamingPlaysYT .

The shrine: I didnt use that room at all. I glued the ball to the platform in the first hallway and ultrahanded it as high as i could next to the wall, climbed on the wall and grabbed it while using recall from the top of the wall.
