Twilight Princess was very well done in terms of music, and the boss themes sold it for me. Blizzeta, Armogohma, and Zant's crazy behind were my favorites.
Honestly, the first time i fought dark beast ganon as a kid the background music or chanting or whatever that is was ganondorf somehow regretting and pleasing to go back to being a human and that he didn't really want to be in that beast form at all. But it's been such a long time that i can't really explain and remember it very good.

It is. A lot of the bosses use similar themes, but during at least one phase, the theme changes. Blizzeta, Fyrus, Armogohma, and the four-phase final battle all have different themes. Zant has references to the themes during each phase of his fight, so he's in his own category.
