The restrictions were already lifted, Ukraine attacked Moscow directly and Kursk. But guess what, is not working. And now they lost almost all of the weapons the west gave them because Russia attacked 13 places where they were storing those weapons. Russia will end this soon, and Ukraine will loose. With or without restrictions Ukraine won’t win because they have no weapons unless the west want to give them more weapons now

So what's the objective then? Creating a buffer zone to protect karkiv, Sommy etc? Unfortunately karkiv keep being hit, and Sommy is being pound since the Kurk incursion whereas it was relatively calm before then. Or is the objective to force Russia to remove troops heading to Pokrovsk to defend kursk? That also is not working and Russiahas been moving towards Pokrovsk faster than before the Kursk incursion. Or is it to hold the land for exchange during any possible negotiation in future? That also I don't see it feasible because Ukraine lacks the manpower to hold the land for a sustainable period and I doubtif the troops inside Kursk will ever be opportune to see their love ones again. In fact the cost-benefit of the kursk incursion so far is unfavorable for any objective thinker and there's no sign it will get better in the near future.
