Nice job. Maybe drill the holes first then use a hole finder to exactly locate and drill the top cowling rivet holes on the rear hinge instead of blind drilling with measurements.
Nice work. Good patience to see this task through. It seems like you had a good sense for when to just eye ball it & commit... then tweak as needed until you were happy with the final result. Good use of your precision eyecrometer! : )
