ZENITH Elite Classic: a stunning dress watch & a dive into High Horology! 

Zenith is high horology. I found an as new 2542PC in Calatrava dial with 18K unibody, requiring entry through the crystal. It had been a presentation watch. Timekeeping is phenomenal, well within COSC specs for a 50+ year old watch and it is exquisitely lovely. For the true believer.

Incredible value for the price and finishing for the watch. I agree on the winding. Doesn't feel great.

Great video about this Zenith model! I purchased the Zenith Elite Classic chronograph this year because it uses the El Primero movement. To have that history in a watch on my wrist amazes me everytime I wear it!

Hi @watchreview I just got the Zenith Elite Classic in Gold 18.2290.679/18.C498, while setting the time the second hand moves a bit is it a normal behaviour for the Elite movement? Thank you in advance
