Zentangle: Drawing easy Flowers 

I'm feeling very depressed. I am not an artist. I've been ZEN drawing for maybe two weeks. It makes me feel better. So I thank the artists who post these tutorials. You never know how you're helping someone cope.

As you frolic your lovely flowers, I get lost in the magnificent creativity you preform just for us. How wonderful it is to watch you, Alena.

I could watch you draw all day. Rounding/inking just brought those little flowers to life. Thank you!

I really love how you do the swirls but kinda lift your pen at the end like the line goes off into nothing. Very unique of every zentangle artist I watch. Praying for you. Love your channel. Have a great day.😊

A message for Dazz Wright I have suffered from depression a long time ago, thankfully that part of my life is no more, keep drawing it will help you, also listen to music or talking books at the same time it engages both sides of the brain at the same time and is incredibly good therapy. Watch Dyan Reavely from Dylusions , her name for a range of art journals and art products a fellow artist, she has you tube videos on mental health and suffering herself from bipolar and other issues, she is very inspiring and uplifting. I literally cannot do half the shapes you've got here. Really! Not happening for me. I used to be able to copy anything I saw but today proved I lost my gifts.....
