Potential solution for dongles without buttons on them: use long-press (or double-press) of your phone's volume buttons. This way you can pause or skip tracks without taking your phone out of your pocket. Apps that allow this include Volumee and "Next Track". Personally I find that long-press works better than double-press.
Although it's not a free solution, I really like using my smart watch. It's very convenient and some apps give you the added flexibility to scroll through the queue and choose playlists/albums.
Can you comment on the RosesElsa's tuning wrt. treble harshness/glare? Is it an old-school bright ESS sound or is it tilted in favor of bass and against airy clarity? Reviewer opinions on YT seem vvvery conflicted.
I mean that is why I swapped the headphones so much. To tell them apart. It is actually a pretty decent amount in some of them. How they handle the loads/impedence and overall tonality.
