Thank you for answering my question on binge eating. I have two related questions; one on appetite/craving suppression, the other on side effects. 1. I have gone up to 1mg of semaglutide now and I'm hoping that the appetite/craving suppression effect will start again. So far, nothing. I wonder if you have patients who remain non-responsive in terms of appetite suppression, or if the drug will likely start working once the dose gets high enough. At what dose/ time period do you consider someone to be a non-responder? 2. Fatigue is an ongoing problem with the semaglutide, and now I am getting continual brain fog too. I know fatigue is a common side effect, but I have seen less about brain fog. Is this unusual? Is there anything that can be done to combat fatigue and brain fog? Will these effects go away over time? They appear to be getting worse, not better, as I increase the dose. Thank you.

You are so welcome. Thank you for your questions. I just made a video "Weight Loss Takes How Long on GLP-1?" which should help answer your first question. I'll be addressing your brain fog question in this week's Office Hours 👍

zepbound has curbed my midnight binges which came on when my A1C hit 5.9 . i have diabetes in my family so this a red flag for me. Ive never been a binge eater, it only came about after significant weight gain and A1C jump.
