Zepbound update 2/3 weeks

I've been on zepbound since March and love the thigh. The back of the arm and stomach only last about 3 days or so. The thigh gives me 7 full days of appetite suppression.

Congratulations! 7 pounds is great. I’m a few days behind you. I will get my 4th shot in on Wednesday. This journey is crazy different for everyone.

Thankyou for sharing your experience with us. I'm on week 5 tirzep. My favorite meal helper is low carb tortillas. Super high in fiber. Low calorie, 70 calories. No problem with bathroom issues. I put all my protein and veggies in the tortillas, toast them a little and enjoy. Of course lots of 💧 water and protein shake everyday 💪.

I’m finishing 2 week now. I’m tired, sugar cravings immediately gone. It reminds me of the time I was pregnant and my appetite was immediately gone, I have to force myself to eat. Good idea on journals, I will start doing that!!

I’m taking my 4th shot of semiglutide tomorrow so far I’ve lost about 18lbs I’m so happy but I’m really kinda strict eat a lot of protein and little carbs and only drink water so I think that is why I am losing so fast I just don’t want to be on this shot for ever I don’t have any side effects either I’m happy

Hi there, congratulations on your success thus far. Please don't allow your physician to titrate you up too fast. If you are losing, please stay on the 5mg that you're moving to... I've seen many well-respected creators, physicians reiterate this point. Blessings on Blessings 🙌🏽 🙏🏽

I just finished my first month of 2.5, will be starting today the 5ml. Started at 210, now weighing 181. No side effects yet but a little scared what the 5ml will bring. 😅 Thank you for the video!!!

It’s so crazy when I first started I lost 25 pounds in one month. I’m on my second one and I lost 35 pounds I’ve decided to stay at the 2.5 because I don’t wanna lose real fast, I’m already down to one 153 well it was originally supposed to be the weight last journey why I got tested, but then I found out I had diabetes stage2 I just wanna be healthy
