Not to mention Hoffman was the only follower to survive his trap when it was rigged against him. John was never in a(real) trap. (EDIT:GUYS HE GOT HIS FIRST TRAP.) Amanda won her first fair game, but lost her second. Jill never in a trap. Dr.Gordon fails his trap, and got saved anyway. Logan had a faulty trap and got saved Hoffman was *supposed to DIE*. Jill threw away the key in an attempted murder. What does Hoffman do? He rips his *FACE* open to survive only to murder every other survivor going forward. A true unique Jigsaw villain. He had what the others didn’t. The will to live.

Ending of Saw V and VI are amazing. Stram and Hoffman are probably the best characters of entire franchise.

If I remember correctly, Hoffman made the trap so that Jill couldn't escape the trap because he didn't want her to rat him out to the police or something like that.

I mean the reason why Logan in 2017 said that line instead of "Game Over" was because Kramer himself said the words "We speak for the dead," which really stuck out to him. Either way, good line but not the iconic.
