Considering the damage in game files, Humvees could actually defeat Quads if they were paired with Hellfire drones, though it only would be an option if Quads aren't using AP ammo
Isn't the point of those to soak their dmg as they approach? They target the drones by game and the player has to manually target the v's. So i usually build the stealth detection drone, make them target the drones, and just annihilate them with 5 launchers.
And don't forget that Humvee can outfit any of three standard issue drones. If they were paired with Hellfire drones, I guess it would be a hard time for Quads :)
Realistic can be seen here a bit. Humvee use .50 cal machinegun and quad cannon using 23mm cannon. Now, humvee in real life can withstand 7.62mm bullet not .50 cal.
@@DerMetalmatikerHaha. I had no idea what a TOW missile actually was most of the time I’ve spent playing this game. I’ve seen clips of what it does now. It’s also goofy how the rangers shoot flash bangs to kill enemy infantry. I’m pretty sure they were intended to be frag grenades but they never changed it for some reason.
@@giygas9305 I think it is implied that enemies hit by flashbangs are incapacitated long enough to be captured later (IRL flashbangs can blind for about half of the hour). TOWs are actually the large wire-guided anti-tank missiles. One such can easily wipe the truck the Quad based on out of the existence
This is NOT how It happens realalisticly a single full vee with an ambo can take town 500000 quads with the right micro + this does not count if the vees have the drone and drone armor that distract the quads AND not Notting that vees are more maneuverable so they will have a MUCH better formation and not just this 1v1 style
Yes of course, but these are not Rockvees, just regular Vees. And it's just a bit of fun, seeing which unit will win head on. I'd need to learn so many scripts to be able to move the Rockvee around as a human.
It isn’t a fair comparison given that the equivalent GLA vehicle is the technical, which would lose to a humvee unless it has the turret scrap upgrades
I remember playing online, only using Qaud cannons, they were the strongest force to face, no matter how many tanks the enemy had the rate of sustained fire was enough to kill any tanks in a second

Good clip but all these are a bit silly. There are so many variables in games nvm the 3 scenarios or whatever shown here. Search and destroy? Upgrades, search and destroy, vet 2 vs no vet, terrain, upgrades stolen army. Actually now im thinking all these vs vs and other clips are rot
The Humvee need Missile Defender (RPG) to be strong. 5 MD in Humvee will surely win against the Quad on 1v1 stand off situation. Plus the Humvee can also be equip with Hell Fire for more damage
umm have u ever seen a real quad canon its really a big gun i think the purpose of it was like armor penetration for exactly those kinda humvee or even infantry carriers and not to shoot human 😅 cuz bullets are like huge can vanish a human and i think they are not meant to be carried over a vehicle but it was like a turret but those kinda middle eastern put anything on a vehicle 😅

Tbh to see the full potential of both you need to: 1)give Quad Halftrack full scrap upgrades, 2)fill Humvee with 4 missiles(nobody does 5 as that one is reserved for sniper), TOW, range drone and range mode of strategic center, 3)give both full veterancy, 4)measure them on equal resources setting, not equal numbers. Either way, those are two best units in the game and either result is acceptable. P.S.: my bet is that Humvee in such set up would won in equal numbers, but lose in equal resources.
As quad cannon gets scrap upgrades, it actually worsens, as the game tries to increase its fire rate but lower its damage per hit. They didn't fix it well, and the zero scrap upgrade quad cannon is the strongest. If you don't believe me, go check fandom about quad cannon
true. I actually kinda think it's a bit OP. especially that base don't need power, you can continually build scud and black market without worrying about power
@@seanfernandolopez9139 black market is op haha. I play with limited superweapons. Its boring to spam. Yh you dont need to worry about power. The most annoying thing in zero hour are the range units. Especially china. Its so sad that the multiplayer works so bad, it crashes every game.
