My family & me always love your recipes with easy to follow clear, precise instructions & useful tips! I am beginning to cook like a pro! Am from Malaysia just across the Causeway!
i made this today very yummy my boss said the taste is very similar from one of the japanese restaurant the tenderness of the chicken and the creamier of the sauce its very terrific 🥹🥹
Thank you Ronald!! My helper tried this recipe last night and turned up perfectly good.I always send her your link and she could follow them well and all of us in the family are so impressed. Thank you so much for the easy and detailed steps .thumbs up x9999 👍.
Made this yesterday and it was delicious. I reduced the sugar to 1 tbsp and was still excellent. I did add a dash of hot sauce for some heat but other than these 2 changes, I followed the instructions faithfully. I will be making it again. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Gladys, we're living in Singapore but we don't have a restaurant. We're regular employees but we love cooking and sharing recipes with all of you. :)) Thank you so much for your support!
Thank u Roland ....it's look like Japan and Chinese's method....I tried it and add onion and ground garlic and small cabbage side dish ...more healthy...
I'm not Roland but heck yes! But I wouldn't leave pork chops in the whole time pull them while reducing and add back at the end. Maybe salt them ahead and leave in fridge overnight to dry brine first and increase tenderness.
Hi Teck Loong. You will need slightly more seasoning on the pork than chicken because some pork can be quite smelly. Lemme try and get another recipe using pork chop out soon. Thanks for asking!
