Because Ricky lived in America for a couple of years and also attended school there, that's why he has an English name that he uses as a stage name too (but his birth name shen quanrui is chinese, while his english name is ricky shen). However, Hao never spent time in the states. Many students in China tend to at least learn basic english in school, which explains why hao can at least say some, but he's not fluent.

More specifically, Ricky lived in LA, california

MBTI is a really popular test in Korea, it's supposed to tell you what kind of personality you have based on the way you express yourself, the way you make decisions, etc. It'd be better if you search for information on Google to completely understand, but basically they say only one of them got the letter T when took the test while the others got F (that letter is supposed to explain how you make decisions). T make decisions in an impersonal way based on logical reasoning while F make them based on personal values and how their actions affect others...
