Yes, renovations are expensive and time consuming. The kitchen and bathroom are definitely the most expensive rooms in a home to renovate. Absolutely love the silver vase! And I think elephants are so peaceful. I know some people see them as a symbol of luck but they're also a symbol of wisdom as well.
I always agree with having white walls because the color of the room comes from the accessories! When your mood changes all you have to do is change the whatnots! ( pillows, silk flowers, throws, rugs and pictures) your doing a great job!!!!!

What a fun video Nitra! I LOVED so many pieces you bought. ❤️ The only suggestion I have is I wouldn’t put the piece that was the wooden tray of flowers on your toilet. I’ve done that for so many years and the toilet gets major dusty and so will anything you put on it...weird but true. Both my mother and I have given up decorating the toilet. So my thought is to buy a print you really like and hang above the toilet. Trust me you’ll love it. 😉 Can’t wait to see more of these. 🤗

😩 We or I can not wait until we start our renovations and decorating our home, we will be completely redesigning our kitchen as much as possible and also both the master bath and guest bath too!! I love the blush shades too and rose gold!! Very springy! I also like to go with a neutral wall color like a white or grey and add color via decor!! Great minds think alike. Miss Aaliyah is crawling now too! She sends her hugs!🤗
Lol I have that same elephant! Had it for years, and a Ram. The material has a leather like feel to it and it dried out on the Ram and split when it fell and hit the floor, it's not that bad to where I had to through it away but you may wanna treat it with something to keep them from drying out and cracking. Love those pillows!

Regarding your elephants🐘, you could always paint them gold if the black doesn't work😁 For the home updates, could you summarize Phase 1 next time... and say that in Phase 1 you did the kitchen and whatever and then Phase 2 is coming up in August where you'll redo the bathrooms and then Phase 3 will be xyz. Omg, gorgeous and the decor looks nice too....lol just poking a little fun. You need a show. Here's an idea. You and a fan go shopping together for a particular room, day 1 film yourselves spending the day shopping, eating, talking, laughing, etc. day 2 spend the day decorating said room. day 3 the final reveal. Key factor, It has to be fun, the running around from store to store, struggling with the many bags to carry. And it should be centered around women just starting out, over. I don't know my thoughts just ran wild. Wait, did I just produce "from drab to fab"?! Remember, I get a free make over and 10% for promoting the idea....lol.
