A XiYao edit for Zhu ZanJin's 4M followers video! I could literally stare at his beauty all day~ he's ethereal.
I included clips from The Untamed with his scenes with Liu Hai Kuan (Lan Xichen) and Zhu Zan Jin as Jin Guangyao. They're my all time favorite couple on CQL and the whole of MDZS, GOD THEY'RE PRACTICALLY CANON! ;_;
[story] Lan XiChen dreams of another universe, another lifetime where he and Jin Guangyao were more fortunate to be together-- but now memories of A-Yao is all he has left. He will have the most beautiful daydreams of his lost sworn brother, his lover, his one and only fated person who died at his own hands.
Jin GuangYao/ Meng Yao will be reborn, with glimpses of memories of a past lover. Will he remember? Or will it remain such a faded memory he wishes to uncover but scared to actually dive right into?
Will they ever meet again? Do they deserve it?

LOOK THIS IS SO GOOD BUT NOW IM SO SAD FOR XICHEN BECAUSE HE CAN ONLY DREAM ABOUT AYAO NOW CAUSE HES DEAD AND I- maybe this fanvid is the closure i needed in a way. At least A-Yao looks like he's better now in another life. But other than that you beb this is such a well made fanvid, i love the transition you had by showing xichen but not full showing him, like he's some kind of dream Ayao has or memories he had in another life (even tho the lyrics actually means HE is the dream of xichen). And you kept consistent in not showing LXC his full face. It makes the whole thing perfect. Also zhu zanjin, boy you're a beautiful person, please be our Xie Lian of TGCF

Oh my goodness! Just finished the series. Jin Guangyao stole the show at some point. This is the first really great video I've found of him. I appreciate that you've allowed the images of him to go in slow motion to the ambience of the music. I couldn't watch all those other videos with dialogue and music overlapping, too distracting. This video sets a tone and stays with it. I'm able to fall into it because it's just him and the music. Slower and so hypnotic! It gives you time to savor how wonderful he is, instead of rushing through it at lightning speed to music that doesn't capture the emotion. This video confirms for me that I have definitely "gone to the dark side" where this little beauty is concerned. I didn't want to like him, but I really really do love his acting, strength of character, and extraordinary beauty. You've captured it all. Thank you.

I believe zhu zhan jin if I remember correctly is the chinese version of Achilles heel. So to say that Meng Yao was Lan Huan's Achilles heel when he believed he no matter what
