Ingredients:
35ml Ketel One vodka
35ml Irish cranberry juice
1 x Freshly squeezed orange
35ml Spanish Tempranillo
Ziad’s Syrup:
Teaspoon x Lann Leire Honey located only 4kms from The Glyde Inn (won worlds best honey)
15ml x of our own seaweed & sea salt gin
Teaspoon x mulberry syrup from Lebanon, Ziad’s home
Heat ingredients for 30 seconds
Method:
Fill shaker halfway with ice. Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Pour into old fashioned whiskey glass.
Garnish:
Edible pineapple weed from the beach behind The Glyde Inn
