Hey there aviation fans! Today I have a showdown of the two very popular Boeing 737-800 versions: one is for the X-Plane 12 and one is for the MSFS 2020. Today we will compare the Zibo and the PMDG aircraft, along with that, we will take a look at the pros and cons of both of the airplanes.
Note that in this video there is my opinion about them, and it's totally okay if my opinion doesn't match with yours! So, as everything is said, let's buckle up and start the comparison!

pmdg cant do anything about the flight characteristics, they can get as close as possible, the sim has its own limitation and i think its why the msfs2024 is being released.

Yup making msfs 2020 on code from fax which was built on code from fs9 was a mistake… They said the main reason 24 is coming out is because they’ve reached the limits of the code, and they can’t add/tweak something without something else braking.

Zibo has better physics due to it being for XP12, but the pmdg is better quality, model, sounds etc... even if the zibo has better sound effect, PMDG has the best quality

PMDG has the best quality?! Literally the model, animations and textures are all from P3D, nothing has changed, it looks absolutely terribly for MSFS level, look at Fenix and what they could do.. PMDG is nowhere near. Not to mention the crazy price tag for each variant of it.

The fact that there is a PMDG livery for the zibo is the only reason why i chose the zibo. even though i have the PMDG fleet(777,737,747) for p3d, zibo wins for me.

Just a shame pmdg hates cockpit builders and the Zibo becomes the only option outside of paying thousands for Prosim

Zibo is best ! No doubt ! Remember PMDG => 70 $ Zibo => 0$ I switched for X-Plane 12 last october And i regret that I make it so late I am very happy leave Asobo and their BUGS and fly today with X-Plane12 and his wonderful aircrafts

Pmdg has more in-depth systems but ground handling and flight modeling is better on zibo

its the sims limitation and yall got ur sim not setup correctly and not using 3rd party addon to improve the wind physics in msfs, which changes completely the flying characteristics.@@majoraviatior1611

Having said that, it doesn’t mean pmdg flight handling is bad, it’s actually quite good, it’s just not quite zibo level
