We're not even talking backing tracks which can be used to enhance certain parts rather than it being the entire song exactly as on the record. Then you see Kendrick or Denzel Curry where they legit use nothing for most shows and just use breath control to rap every lyric, and it's no comparison. @@MarkDonovanMusic ya but with rap because its usually one person to keep the time perfect every show usually a complete backing track mixed with lower vocal drive than the regular track, similar to bands looping the guitars and basses onstage to get perfected timing in live performance, and every place he stumbled would just be instrumental it would make a way worse performance than it already was. I mean its fucked bc this shit would cause riots in my day, but nowadays its ok n very frustrating to watch
