The story revolves around the lives of Kashaf Murtaza and Zaroon Junaid. Kashaf, a young woman raised by a single mother, faces a lot of class and gender bias while growing up. However, her life turns around when she meets Zaroon in college. The drama then shows the ups and downs and trials and tribulations faced in every marriage in the most beautiful way!

Talking is a diffrent thing at the college level. But having parties late at night and when someone dont some boys or girls, why to have a link with that specific person, if you love someone so much? You have to spend your lover and when u love someone, you have to understand his/her feelings too. But you might be thinking thay zaroon shoukd understand thr asmara feelings. The more time he spent with asmara after their relationship being fixed he realised he would end up having the same issues with her after marriage that he has seen his dad have with his mother and his brother-in-law have with his sister; being married to a woman who in the name of liberalism and feminism refuses to form a balance or compromise with her other half. Being a liberal woman does not mean that if you accept your husband's opinions/ wishes or compromise with him you are allowing yourself to be dominated or oppressed by your husband. It's due to this misconception that these three ladies in zarun's life (his fiance, mother and sister) all act so rude and dominating with their husbands.

You know this show achieves a perfect balance between showing a relationship two very imperfect individuals who both openly admit their prejudices and insecurities. Zaroon can come across as a male chauvinistic type/overprotective type, but the fact that he readily accepts his failings is incredibly endearing, and the right match for Kashaf who comes with her own baggage. Both characters (esp Zaroon) could have been unlikeable at points, but on the contrary we empathize with them.

Thankfully in this drama they have shown zaroon ie. The main lead to be sort of hypocritical... but slowly n gradually he changes .... kashaf changes him for the better Mostly they show main leads to be perfect... thats unreal

What would have made Zaroon’s character better was if he truly admitted to his flaws and worked to be a better person. Zaroon admitted to being a hypocrite but he didn’t see anything wrong with it. He never truly acknowledged his flaws.

This is a very good drama. Sometime life is exactly like this but most of the time life is quite cruel and bitter. Sabar k bad bhi hasil nahi milta. Only a spirtual heart can survive this.

I'm only continuing this drama to see kashaf's success and well being of their family. Otherwise, i would not like to watch negative and toxic, typical man showing dominance in everything. Zaroon thinks his wife to be has to compromise alone and should do everything he says. Wo bas auratko nicha dikhata he aur pawandi lagata he. I just hate these kind of mens.

The talk between Asmara and zaroon I feel like he was really sick. He was saying to choose between his like dislike and her like dislike ... ofcourse everyone should choose their own like dislike. Zaroon is an awful character, he is a hypocrite who thinks it’s ok for him to flirt and hangout with woman but his wife needs to stay home and seek his permission for everything.
