I always said that it looked like Zizou had a Professor McGonagall magic clock whike playing. He would play at full speed but in certain moments he would just slow down time for a bit too 1/2 time, make a couple perfect touches, do a trick, and then pass the ball 10 yards, and put time back to normal speed. Pure magic. Of course he couldnt actually do that, the reality is he just had perfect touch, insane dribbling ability, and otherworldly game and spatial awareness. He always knew where his opponents were in space, his teammates, and most importantly, himself. What a player. We celebrate his elegance, touch & mastery of the ball, and unique skills, but those he played against also commented on his size and power. He is a big, strong guy. Also one of the best big match, big moment players in the history of the game. A genius magician of footy 🪄 Thanks for the comp Mr. Bundesteam.
I started watching football from 1998 to date. During this while, I have never seen a midfielder as graceful and talented as the legendary Zidane. He is without doubt the greatest attacking midfielder I have ever seen. 👍👍👏👏
Not just zezu, all of the old players were crazy good, their way of playing and overall skills and IQ makes them different than modern players. LW and RW used to do crazy skills and make it to the box and sometimes score, as for modern player they dont take much chances and pass the ball back, i can say vini, jeremy doku, kvara khelia and neymar kinda players create crazy chances but its not ass efficient as older players.
