Marination Of Chicken:
Boneless Chicken flay (1kg)

Lemon juice (1tbsp)
Red Chilli Powder (1tbsp)
Chicken tikka masala (1tbsp)
Red Chilli flakes (1tsp)
Black pepper powder (1tbsp)
Garlic powder (1tsp)
Chopped garlic cloves (2cloves )
Garlic Chilli Sauce (1.5 tbsp)
Chilli Sauce ( 1tbsp)
Soya Sauce (1tbsp)
Baking Powder (1/2 tbsp)
Milk (3tbsp)
Mix and Marinate them for 4 to 5 hours or overnight...
Step#2
Preparation of coleslaw
Fresh cream (1 cup )
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup )
Sugar (1tsp)
Black pepper powder (1tsp)
Cabbage (2 small size)
Preparation:
Mix them all and put aside ..
Step#3
Preparation of Sauce
Fresh cream (4tbsp)
Milk (1/4 cup)
Mayonnaise (3tbsp)
Garlic chilli sauce (3 to 4tbsp)
Hesbenero ketchup (2tbsp)
Black pepper powder (1tsp)
Garlic powder (1tsp)
Garlic cloves (2chopped)
Oregano
Pickle jalapeno (1tbsp)
Mix them all together and put aside ..
Step#4
Coating Of chicken
Flour (3 cup)
Paprika Powder (1tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1tbsp)
Red Chilli Powder (1tbsp)
Black pepper powder (1tbsp)
Oregano (1tsp)
Salt to taste
Baking powder (1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients then coat marinated chicken flay in it press it and coat them dip in chilled water and then again coat it until crumbs appear then slightly remove the excess flour..

Assembling:
Buns
Coleslaw
Fried chicken
Sauce
Cheese slice
Preparation:
Toast the buns over tawaa then apply burger sauce then put fried chicken over it ..
Then add cheese slice over it and put coleslaw over other slice of bun then cover and serve with fries and enjoy 🍔✨❤️
