Hey everyone! Welcome back to the channel, Today we’re taking on the mighty Zinger Burger from KFC. That’s right, we’re going to find out if a homemade version can actually beat the fast-food.
Ingredients:
Chicken Thighs: 4 pieces, boneless and skinless
Marinade:
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
Dredging:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Kewpie mayo
2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Additional Ingredients:
4 brioche buns with sesame seeds
4 slices American cheese
8 strips streaky bacon, cooked until crispy
Cos lettuce, shredded
