@@fitlight9214over priced.. don't forget the Pool, swimming pool, that u talking about is not free...there is an extra monthly service charge for that..beware
isn’t it sad how these greedy people are turning our beloved country Ghana into sad😢. And i feel bad for diasporas that get scammed to buy these type of things.
Did they use CHIPBOARD for the countertop in the Kitchen 😮...wow when water spills on it the whole thing is destroyed... they used cheap materials and are selling in dollars...SMH
This is absolute ridiculous. 100 Grand for something like this? We have a long way to go the country of umofia. These apartments aint worth the money This is too ordinary
What’s the median income for Ghana. You guys talk about dollars as if it’s equivalent to cedis. How many working class families can afford a $100K apartment even with all their life savings?
Poor exterior, poorly designed interior, small kitchen, outmoded equipments, low quality furniture, poor painting, overpriced. The 1 bedroom shouldn’t be more than $10,000 and 2-bedroom shouldn’t be more than $30,000
What old currency?? Ahh. I don't understand some of you at all. What does referencing old currency do that new currency cannot do?? Smh. Since 2007, you are still talking about old currency 🤦🏾♂️. Is the value even the same? Are we in 2001? Can you buy what was 900,000 ghs in 2001 with same amount in 2024?
@@kwaseb common sense is really not common to some people. So you had no issue the money is stated in $ but me converting to old currency is where you draw the line!!!! Gtfoh
@fidelgyamphi4233 mumu. Again, is the value the same? Definitely, common sense is not common to you at all!! The value of the dollar does not change, it's your stinking cedi that depreciates and changes constantly, so state new ghs to reflect it !! Common sense should again have told you that old currency is not even in use and referencing it does not make sense, 2ndly, that old 9 billion cedis would have been the equivalent of $1 million at the time kufuor changed it!! Every day, every situation, old Ghana cedis, like it gives the price value, mtcheeew
@@kwaseb how can you be this daft? Do you understand the term value?? Converting to either old currency or new currency has the same VALUE!!!. Oh I get it, you hate that we convert to old currency because it exposes greedy people like you. Do better!!!
You guys in Ghana are always quoting abnormal and rubbish figures. How can a 2 bedroom apartment cost $100k With $100k which is R1.8m I can get a 4 bedroom house on a 2 plots of land in South Africa. Only idiots go buy those apartments for such prices.. lol 😂😂
