Colombo's Deli in the Pacific Manor Shopping Center has great sandwiches, with fresh bread they bake themselves. Florey's Books on Palmetto Avenue is a wonderful little independent bookstore.

I lived there for 15 years, had to leave 20 years ago. I still miss it everyday of my life. The Bay Area and, particularly, Pacifica was where my heart was and is.

Pacific means Peace. They should have interviewed Amy Kukielka, owner of Chit Chat Cafe at the Pacifica Pier.

Pacifica was a great place to grow up.

Don't forget the Oceana market and Dinosaurs in Eureka square. I also second Camelot fish and chips.
