This is a good tutorial. I am unclear at the end what keeps the zipper pull from sliding of the zipper since the zipper top has been cut off when shortening the zipper. Thank you. 😊

Great video but just a question for clarity since I am a beginner who typically does a lot of invisible zippers but very few separating zippers. Is the separating zipper sewn only to the seam allowance so the zipper stitch won't actually show on the outside of the jacket?

How am I going to flip the fabric over for the second side of the zipper when I'm doing a jacket? That doesn't add up at all :/
