My nearest zips isn't good now. When I first got a membership it would at least knock the dust off of my van. Now it cant get it own soap off .

I've sold 2 cars in the last year and each time I've went in and had them cancel the old car and add the new one. They did NOT cancel either car and I have been billed 8 months for one of the cars and 1 month for the other. I've had a request via email in for weeks now and nobody will reply to me. forget about doing it over the phone. I am giving them until Monday before I park my car in there drive and refuse to move until somebody refunds my money.

They're such a nice company they're a bunch of rip-off artist paid $35 got two weeks worth of service could not wash my car so I go up there to complain there's nothing they could do right now they said they had to go to the main office I called him an office and they're never open they never have Associates to talk to me they asked me to please hang up no customer service whatsoever

How bout you fix my car after damaging it and five other cars on 8-7-22 at the green oaks and little rd location? Youre employee ran them too close together and wrecked five cars then made me go through with it dry and it did $9000 worth of damage. Then you manager made up a story for two months about how the claim was in process rhen approved then i got quotes and he said checks in the mail! Then he was transferred to another store and the new manager says they have no records of any claims or anything. And not is avoiding me and telling his employees to say hes not at the store if they see me.
