The Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2016, seeks to amend the Citizenship Act of 1955 and aims to give citizenship to Hindu, Parsi, Sikh, Jain and Christian migrants from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Many see it as the Centre’s effort to selectively target only the Muslim migrants from across the border.

I lived in Zero for a year from 1996-97, that time people from plain land never use to visit these villages except the armed forces or some teachers and merchents. I use to go to a video hall for watching movies on Sunday I still remember watching Anaconda in Zero and drink some apong in somebody's home, there were only few shops and you could find things hardly I bought a T shirt from a shop for Rs.400 that time, I use to try all the wild berries and fruits I found in the forest...lol so funny days...:)The place was untouched and very beautiful...You could see the old ladies hike the mountains in morning and can see them returning back after collecting fire wood...
