Yeeaaa I'm pretty disappointed. Given how completely locked the gearbox is, there's definitely something more than just the piston stuck all the way back. Wouldn't be surprised if one of the gears sheared and jammed it up. Good news is that I contacted the site, sent them this video, and they offered to send another one without me even asking. I was just looking for take down information. So uh, guess I'm getting another one in the mail. Perhaps mine was just a lemon, who knows let's see.
push the pre-priming switch forward which is the current position it is jammed in. then set rate of fire to full auto then quick squeezes of the trigger till u see the pusher breech is retracted. then use the ramrod that came with it to push the jammed darts out. it is quite picky with darts where the darts need to have a firm body so that it doesn't get squished by the pusher breech when it is chambering (not a real word)the dart. so worn darts is a no no for this blaster and no half length waffle/ accustrike dart tips either.
if that doesn't work. just butterfly the blaster. it comes apart easily n 1 compression spring pushing the pusher breech forward. before butterfly'ing the blaster make sure to remove spring from behind. there is a screw under the knob at the blue color cover then only u twist the blue cor cover off.
Are you sure that the big screw thing on the back of the gearbox is for tightening/loosening the spring? On some airsoft guns this screw is actually used for quickly removing and replacing the spring, so maybe here it works like that as well?
what's the point of a fuze anyway? couldnt you just pypass the wire connection without a fuze? never understood why airsoft guns use fuses, when any flywheel nerf blaster just wires the power directly from the batteries to the flywheel only to be interruped with a on/off switch without a fuze.
Please DO NOT run an aeg without a fuse. A fuse works the same way in an AEG as it does in your house. If there's no fuse you'll start a fire. Flywheelers don't need that much power and very, very rarely completely jam up.
I don't have one due to the fact that it looks more like a air soft blaster than a nerf blaster but my friend of mine us the Resettable Fuse cause it blow the fuse like 2 or 3 time in a single game. I will recommend you to do the same, since my friend simply clear the jam and wait for the fuse to form back and keep on using it in the next game. which is still frustrating but better than put it in a trash bin.
