Hello mate, I have all users accessing a specific door. Which they shouldn't to, Only admins can access that one. I have them added as Personnel but still they do have access there, how do I remove them from that door only admins to be able to access it, do you have any training or instructions please? thank You

Kindly tell me how can I inter lock 2 doors between wo panal. for example panal no 1 and panal no 2 I want inter lock door no 1 of 1s panal and door no 2 of the 2nd panal....? because software showing only 4 doors of each panal so how can we interlock between differen panal doors.

Hello, I installed ZK 3.5 and I have one question, When I insert the card in the program, if I am not loged in real time monitoring, the entry in the reports is not visible. Is this correct? If there is any other way that while I'm working in the program The entry of the person should be recorded in the reports?
Total rubbish software, I suggest DO NOT buy it. too much complex and too difficult to use. No after sale services provided by company. Cannot Delete employee data after they resign. Software creates new employee data with "numbers titles" automatically. you cannot remove data created by software.

we are using f16 model for 6 doors, once we tried to make anti passback system, its showing only one door in door combination selection. how we can make for all?/
Hi Salih, there are 2 key differences between ZKAccess 3.5 and ZKBioSecurity. ZKAccess 3.5 is a free to use software and is based for use on one PC. ZKBioSecurity is a cloud based software that can run on a server but you need to acquire a license to use it. The free software can support up to 750000 users but the number of cards will depend on how many cards can be enrolled on the devices you use in your solution.

This is probably dealt with already but leaving this answer for anyone who has the same issue. Device syncs with server time and time zone, make sure (especially cloud solutions) these are correct then resync
