Legend has it he speaks ancient Greek, old Norse, Klingon and High Valyrian as well. It just happens that nobody ever asked him anything in those languages.

@@barumbadum Well, He invested into a rival club against his foster club and when asked how he thinks Malmö supporters will react to it he says: "I think they are going to be happy for me". One month before that, when asked if he thinks his statue will be vandalized in any way he confidently says no, and that people will protect it. At that point he already knew that he was gonna invest into the other club. Furthermore, he has invested into a lot of different projects outside of football. Literally all but one project has gone completely too shit (his betting company is doing fine, go figure). He does not have the brains for much else than football. He is clearly a narcissist with very low intelligence.
@@barumbadum He accused the trainer of the Swedish national team of being a racist and "destroying everything he had built up" (did he build the Swedish national team?). Claiming that Jane Andersson had only taken in players of Swedish background during a certain period. When the reporter confronted him and said that the statement was wrong, he didn´t even apologize, just that he hadn´t seen the players. He also claimed that the national team was cult-like. I don´t have an English source for it, but I do have a Swedish one: www.svt.se/sport/fotboll/janne-sag-om-zlatan
@@PartialViewmusic I know him in person. He is One of THE nicest People i know and is increadibly nice towards fans. And yes the hammarby, Malmö thing was poorly executed. But at the same time it is childish of Malmö fans to violate His statue. Malmö is a little club that had the honor to have him. But that does not mean Malmö owns him in any way. Only because he is famous he is being slandered. And low intelligence!?!? There are many ways to be smart. He knows alot of languauges. Great at creating a winner stigma in the team. Not afraid to skip the sugarcoating and say it how it is. Your just a hater with low intelligence.
The level of ingelligence and memory retention this guy has... to speak so fluently and eloquently in so many languages... the confidence he sparks when speaking Italian and English. Zlatan!
He also doesnt speak french. He only know to say some words and sentence. And sometimes understand french thanks to italian I know that cause i am french from Paris. He mostly use english to communicate in psg

There is no Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian... We all speak same language with different dialects. If somebody say those are different languages ask him how it is possible than we can understand each other perfectly. There is less difference than between German dialects spoken in Germany. I'm Serb who lives in central Serbia and sometimes it is harder for me to understand people who live in southern Serbia than Croats or Bosnians.
The Balkans are pretty much like Scandinavia. Multiple countries that, despite allegedly having their own languages, are mutually intelligible to one another. Serbian, Croatians, Bosnians and Montenegrins are as mutually intelligible as Norwegians, Swedes and Danes are.

I’m fascinated by this, I don’t know what his level is in all these languages but I’d love to know how footballers learn languages, do they pick it up? Or consciously apply themselves? I find it interesting because many people dedicate themselves to learning multiple languages but Zlatan and other players and managers like Pep have a solid grasp of multiple languages while the main focus of their efforts is purely football. I’d be interested whether it’s a hobby for him, or a natural gift
I think it is mainly due to the fact that footballers live in various countries throughout their careers, and inevitably you eventually pick it up little by little with day to day conversations. I personally think the best way to learn a new language is to be in a environment where everyone speaks it. I, myself have learned a language this way, purely by interest, and asking “how do you say this, and how do you say that?” Eventually my vocabulary grew, and I learned without ever sitting in a classroom. Yeah, it's not 100%, but I can 100% have a full on conversation with someone, where we understand one another completely.
Same! I'm not slandering other footballers who don't speak many languages (my favorites don't really do that), but huge respect for Zlatan and other players who learn the languages of the leagues where they played. As you said, learning languages can be stressful by itself and they're doing it while playing at the highest level of football 👏. But also, referring to what @Arthur Valadares said, maybe some of us, normal people, think it's stressful bcs we learn it in schools and classrooms? With curriculum, tests, and everything else? (Though, understandably, many of us can't afford to go to other countries)
@@MusicChillRelax yup, and with slight (bosnian) and medium to heavy accent (the rest). There really is way more to it than just a short bit of conversation
So he speaks 5 languages in total. So its should be 2:3 ratio. And that doesnt add up bc messi knows 3 languages and Neymar knows 3 aswell. Please explain
@@svensvensson6705Messi might be good footballer but he seems to be dumb person in reality. Despite being a World Icon he doesn't know basic English which even uneducated daily workers would learn after few months.
If you can speak english, french and italian you can also hear that Zlatan does not know what he is talking about. He only uses simple phrases to explain his thoughts, but its barely understandable... However Bosnian and Swedish is his mothertounge so that he probably know by heart.
