I listen to this song and can only weep at how the memory of our resistance fighters have been desecrated and turned into a justification for another form equally poisonous and inhumane form of ethnonationalism. Believe me the Warsaw partisans and their message is more at home in Gaza than it ever was in Israel. Never again for anyone. Your nationalism disgusts me.

@@redbeanrin9545 they aren't only similar Yiddish is classified as a German language even though it has many Hebrew and Slavic words they are even more similar than Dutch and German

My family suppously escaped a pogrom from Latvia in middle 19th century... From tsarist regime... My family here in Uruguay is very left wing... But i don't relate it very much with that i think...

@@thischanneldied8969 I agree. My family was from Rivne, Ukraine where Yiddish was spoken widely with signs in Yiddish all around. Today, due to the Holocaust you would never know a single Jewish person ever lived there due to the lack of synagogues, and major Jewish communities. Ukrainian is the only language spoken there, maybe some Polish or Russian. At this point Yiddish is no longer a European language. It survives only in the United States.
