Really enjoyable videos, nicely explained & informative. I have a query regarding how to identify "new" Contacts vs "existing" Contacts, where a new Contact is one created within the last 90 days. Within Zoho Analytics or Reports I can't find a date filter option to enable selection of Contact records according to their age. Is this possible? Many thanks.
Hi BFC_Clarky! You should be able to use the "Created Time" date value for this use-case. If that isn't available in Analytics, you'll need to add it to the CRM Data Source under the sync settings.
Hi, Thankyou for the quick reply. In response to your suggestion the "Created Time" value relates to Deals rather than Contacts, I require to select on the Contact Created Time value therefore I'll need to make this available. I cannot locate the Sync Settings/CRM Data Source referred to. Can you confirm where the Sync Setting can be found? This may be a permissions issue, although I am an Administrator account within this installation. Thanks once again.
Hi Pierre-Luc Carignan, Yes, you can import multiple organizations into Zoho Analytics as long as they have the same currency type. You select this option as part of the Zoho Books import setup in Zoho Analytics.
Hi Richard, No, it’s a little bit different. The “Analytics” tab in CRM pulls from live current data in the CRM. Zoho Analytics syncs with the CRM periodically, with 3 hours as the minimum sync period. The CRM “Analytics” offer simple, pre-built charts. Zoho Analytics provides much more flexibility in data analysis, as well as custom SQL queries.

I watched it all but I still don't see the value. When is analytics a good option instead of the Normal CRM analytics. Can you give us some real life examples?
