Incorrect, This is a low-income suburb or township. A shanty town is an illegal settlement usually with no running water, sanitation or electricity like Kibera in Kenya or Khayelitsha in South Africa.

@@donaldlouwe3939 well it used to be a shanty town until the government decided to give them the land.🤷‍♀️

It's one of the first Shanty towns in Botswana. Overtime government provided them with amenities and registered their plots. Today it's low income sunburn and I can tell you it's not doing bad at all!

And I believe the land in that place it’s very much undervalued for it’s located in the City Center, overtime it will develop and gain more value

Crime rates in this place are very low. The place is more or less the same as places like Bontleng and White City.
