It seems to me that in a zombie apocalypse in hospitals, everyone would have at least pistols, and soldiers or policemen would shoot before asking questions, and even more so approach and check whether he is alive or not. Hmm Could sulfuric acid dissolve the zombie armies? Egg created zombies are bullet resistant, so having a sulfuric acid gas to dissolve their skin to then shoot them down (or kill them outright) could actually work against them
