When the air is calm, one can land like a bird, even in a rock-strewn dry torrent-bed (I’ve witnessed this). But when the air is turbulent it is another matter and some landings can be dangerous and require great skill.

@@patrickswayze2596 don´t get me wrong, i think this is absolutley amazing and i look up to him. But i heard many stories about people like him pushing to far and crashing eventually. I think this is dangerous...

Not really……more like calculated risks coupled with HUUGE amount of previous flight experience. Every flight has a certain level of risk. I would hesitate to call this "recklessness.

Samir dz, I feel 99.5% certain that you will not hear from him. He’s not good at responding to comments on his videos, which sucks. But one of the big DON’TS in hang gliding is about crossing water bodies. Never cross water bodies because the machines have no engine. If you lose liftwhile crossing, you could descend to agonizing death. A hang glider pilot lost his life within the past two years when he flew almost 10 miles into the sea. I don’t know what went wrong, but he plunged into the sea and was dead by the time rescue workers arrived. If you ask me to theorize, I belive he lost thermals and went down as a result.

I'm curious as well. It looked x2? It looked from the terrain that you'd be doing about 160 miles per hour. I figured your top speed is about half that?
